Angelika Taschen a étudié l'histoire de l'art et la littérature allemande à Heidelberg où elle a présenté sa thèse de doctorat en 1986. Elle a travaillé pour TASCHEN de 1987 à 2010 et a publié de nombreux titres sur l'art, l'architecture, la photographie, le design, les voyages et l'art de vivre.
Tuca Reinés est né et vit à São Paulo. Il collabore depuis plus de vingt ans avec différents magazines comme Vogue, Casa Vogue Brasil et Wallpaper*, parmi d'autres. Il est l'auteur de plusieurs ouvrages sur l'architecture et son travail a fait l'objet de nombreuses publications, par exemple chez TASCHEN dans Intérieurs de la côte et Great Escapes South America.
Christiane Reiter vit à Bruxelles et à Paris où elle travaille comme auteur free-lance. Elle a étudié le journalisme à l'université d'Eichstätt et a travaillé comme rédactrice de voyages aux éditions Ringier à Munich et à Zurich. Elle a ensuite développé la rubrique voyages du Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung.
