Title page present, dated 18th May 1982, with credits for screenwriters Thomas Pope and Lloyd Fonvielle. 115 leaves, with last page of text numbered 114. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only, with pink revision pages throughout, undated. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Near Fine, bound internally with two flat metal brads.
